Anthony R. Troise

Divorce, custody and support attorney. Hofstra Law. Admitted in New Jersey and New York.

Anthony R. Troise is a family law attorney with New Jersey Divorce Attorneys PC. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, including the state and federal courts in New Jersey, and works with clients in Newark, Red Bank, across Monmouth County and throughout the state.

Anthony earned his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and has represented clients from the first intake through court proceedings and final resolution. He researches the law, drafts pleadings and argues motions before the New Jersey Superior Court and the New York Supreme Court. That litigation experience shapes a practical approach to every divorce, custody and support case.

Before joining the firm he practiced at Larkin Farrell, LLC, handling family law, divorce, custody, child support, municipal court and no-fault insurance matters, and earlier at Bronzino Law Firm, LLC and Kasuri Byck, LLC, where his work included family, civil and municipal court litigation. He began his career in insurance defense at Brownell Partners, PLLC.

A divorce or custody case arrives at one of the most stressful points in a person's life. Anthony explains the process in plain terms and prepares each case with care, from the first consultation through the final order. He also teaches Intro to Business Law as an adjunct professor at the College of Staten Island.
